Welcome to Badaga Weds, a matrimony service for the Badaga community. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your photos, personal details and documents.
1. Who can join
- You must be an adult who is legally eligible to marry, and you must be looking for a marriage partner. Parents or family may create a profile only for an adult family member and with that person's knowledge.
- You must send a photo or PDF of a government ID so that we can confirm who you are. Only our admin team sees it (see the Privacy Policy). A profile goes live only after its ID is checked.
- One person, one profile. Please do not create several profiles or profiles for people who do not know about them.
2. Be truthful
- Everything on your profile (name, age, marital status, education, work, family and photo) must be true and about you. Use your own recent photo.
- A tick on a detail means we checked a document for it at that time. We do not check everything and we do not guarantee any member's claims. Please make your own enquiries before deciding on a marriage.
- You must tell the truth about your marital status. Married or engaged people may not use the service as if they were free to marry.
3. Respectful conduct
You must not harass, pressure or insult anyone, send obscene or threatening messages, ask other members for money, promote a business, or use the service for anything other than finding a spouse. Do not copy members' details or share their contact details with others. If someone does not want to continue, accept it and stop contacting them.
4. Interests, matches and contact details
- You may send a limited number of interests per day. We set this limit and may change it.
- Phone and email are shared only when both members accept each other's interest. Use them only to talk about marriage.
- You can block or report any member at any time.
5. Profile review, reports and removal
Every profile is reviewed before it can be seen. We may reject, hide or remove a profile, or suspend an account, if it breaks these terms, contains false or harmful content, or is reported and found to be a problem. We decide this at our discretion and may do so without a refund, where fees apply.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store it and show it to other members as the service and your settings require. You promise that you have the right to upload it, including the photo.
7. Account security
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
8. No guarantee
We provide an introduction service only. We do not promise that you will find a match, and we are not responsible for what members say or do, or for any arrangement between members. The service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Ending your membership
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your profile at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.
10. Fees and payments
Browsing is free. A one-time registration fee (₹300) covers the ID check and review of your profile and is due when you create it; your profile cannot go live before it is paid. Sending interests needs an active plan (1 month, 6 months or 1 year). Receiving, accepting and declining interests is free. Plans are time-limited, are not renewed automatically, and buying again adds to the time you have left. Payment is made by UPI through our payment partner; we never see your UPI PIN or bank details. Prices are shown on the Plans page and may change for future purchases. Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy. Paying does not guarantee a match.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will let members know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: our support address.
Governing law and the court that decides disputes will be stated here once the business is registered.
